There, you can find a license verification page. Visit the Medical Board of California’s website and head to the Breeze section. Or if you are a CALSAGA member using our CALSAGA Training Database, please login to check your training records and certificate (for assistance with login information or difficulties, please Request Database Assistance.) The simplest way to verify a doctor’s credentials is with a California Board of Medicine license lookup. California now has an online application system in place which means the forms can be done online. If you would like to have proof of your training, please contact your training facility as they should be able to print/send your records for you. You may verify license information for physicians, physician assistants, or mobile intensive care paramedics who are licensed by the Alaska State Medical Board. CALSAGA does not issue or regulate any pending guard cards. The California state guard card/license is issued by the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS).
